Classes are Monday, Tuesday and Thursday.
Times Instruction & Situational Wrestling 5:00-6:30 pm (includes 30 minutes of Live Wrestling & conditioning).

To fully learn and incorporate the progression of techniques, tactics, strategies and the winning phychology into the wrestler's individual core techniques/motor skills and phyche, it is absolutely essential to commit to the full 20 week program.

Program Cost – Tuition cost is $750. Complete Tuition reduced to $720 if paid in full (10% discount) There is also a $50 Registration fee. (5% off 2nd sibling, 10% off 3rd sibling). Program – This program is for the High School and Youth wrestler that wants to begin prep season in-shape and ready to compete at a high level at the beginning of the season, and have a solid base of conditioning and technique to build upon for the rest of the season. This program is for the wrestler that is setting their sights on significantly improving upon their previous year’s performance with the objective of competing with the best in the state with the goal of winning a state championship. This program focuses on Technique, Live Wrestling, Conditioning and Competition. Commitment to the full 10-week program is the key here.




 

Technique – Our pre-season program will focus on mastery of Takedowns, Escapes & Reversals and Riding & Pinning. We believe in also teaching and emphasizing counters to any maneuver we teach. We believe that executing perfect technique wins matches and our staff is committed to working with every wrestler so that they will be able to execute perfect technique as related to Folkstyle wrestling. We will teach all technique in an orderly system and progression so that each wrestler will be able to learn not only the maneuver but the mechanics of the maneuver.





 


Conditioning & Nutritition – We believe in a total conditioning concept that equips a wrestler with enhanced muscular strength, cardiovascular development, and the knowledge of proper nutrition for peak performance on the mat. Our strength training program focuses on the most important exercises for the development of the “core” muscle group areas that are essential for wrestling success. We believe that conditioning is more than just hard work, but it is a system of training techniques specifically designed for maximum stamina on the mat considering the unique format of wrestling matches and tournaments. We believe that the combinations of perfect technique, enhanced muscular development and proper nutrition provide the right ingredients for winning on the mat.
